Founded in 2020, Windy City Hockey Development is at the forefront of hockey development for players of all ages.

Our mission is to provide the best instruction, resources, and tools to hockey players of all calibers to reach their maximum potential.  We do this with a world-class coaching staff from Pro, NCAA, USHL, and AAA hockey programs. We employ cutting edge training tactics, methodologies and equipment, as well as the right balance of quality reps on your path to the next level. Curriculum

We teach what is taught at the highest levels of hockey, and apply it appropriately to each age and skill set. We believe in exposing our students to a progression of skill mastery that leads to the complete player (skating, puck skills, deception, decision making, and competitive drive).

Each of our programs is constructed with a theme in mind. Within those themes, we cover the necessary subsets of skills to reach competency. Each session in our program is a building block for the next session. The outcome: Players advance their abilities, gain confidence in their game, and are excited to come back for their next session with Windy City Hockey Development.
